Rob Carringer held interim leadership roles and led projects in distressed and underperforming companies to improve operations, grow revenue, increase EBITDA, and reduce working capital in a wide variety of industries. Rob’s experience brings a strong foundation of strategy, product development, sales, operations, and finance.

Rob is a former Chapter President for the Dallas/Ft. Worth Turnaround Management Association. He was a founding partner and formerly served on the Board of Managers of CR3 Partners. Rob’s work was recognized with the Turnaround Management Association’s Small Transaction of the Year Award.

  • Advisor to Chinese-based subsidiary of a U.S. heavy equipment manufacturer during a liquidity crisis.
  • Interim CEO for a convenience store chain with 135 locations during the Chapter 11 proceedings. Sold all stores through a unique 363 auction.
  • Interim CEO and CRO of the largest pecan processor in the U.S. Ran operations through the busy season and resolved a $40MM overadvance.
  • Advisor to Viking Range Corp, leading a restructuring that tripled EBITDA over 12 months.
  • Advisor to Tully’s Coffee Shops during a bankruptcy reorganization and 363 sale process. Awarded “Small Transaction” Award from 2014 TMA Turnaround of the Year Awards.
