Paul Ravaris has in-depth experience in financial management consulting, project management, and the oversight of complex chapter 11 restructurings. His experience assisting companies in turnaround, restructuring, and expansion initiatives spans more than 30 years across a broad range of industries. He has served in interim CFO and COO roles for multi-location manufacturing and consumer products companies.

Paul specializes in assisting under-performing companies with financial and operational consulting services, including formulation and implementation of turnaround strategies, financial modeling, valuation, and working capital analyses. Paul’s talents extend beyond the restructuring world as he also holds two US Patents for an innovative putter design.

  • Chief Restructuring Advisor to a $110MM office products supply company.
  • Financial Advisor to the Examiner in Mirant bankruptcy, a $6.5B merchant energy company. Performed complex restructuring analysis, mediated resolutions to complex issues among diverse stakeholders, and supported settlement discussions.
  • Turnaround advisor for a bankrupt zinc manufacturer. Guided company through the bankruptcy process.
  • Operations consultant for international airline. Identified methods to optimize the maintenance operation through process review, outsourcing, and strategic maintenance partnerships.
  • Consultant to $500MM ship and offshore oil rig builder in Chapter 11. Completed a strategic operational analysis, developed an enterprise valuation model, and supported management in day-to-day operations.
  • Consultant to lending group with $700MM of secured term and revolving debt with a textile manufacturer. Provided the client with operational and financial analyses and evaluated enterprise value to support analysis of restructuring alternatives.
