Alicia Moosally has over 20 years of experience in financial restructuring, litigation support services, financial and operational analysis, strategy, forensic accounting, and business valuation. She provides accounting and financial analysis to troubled entities, lenders, creditors, and fiduciaries.  Alicia has prepared business valuations, cash flow projections, other analyses required for creditor and lender negotiations, as well as court approval of DIP facilities, 363 sales, and Plans of Reorganization.  Alicia has prepared research and analyses in complex litigation matters, including determining damages, assessing solvency, and defending or pursuing recovery actions in bankruptcy cases.

Alicia is a member of the Association of Insolvency & Restructuring Advisors (AIRA), American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), International Women’s Insolvency & Restructuring Confederation (IWIRC), and Turnaround Management Association (TMA).

  • Financial Advisor to Unsecured Creditors’ Committee for $1.6B retailer and wholesaler of footwear, clothing, and accessories where she provided expert witness consulting and litigation support services related to an LBO transaction.
  • Consultant to expert witness in breach of contract matter against coal supply company where she calculated damages and assisted with the preparation of expert reports and related analyses.
  • Financial Advisor for $4B credit-based asset servicing and securitization in out-of-court restructuring. Provided extensive financial analyses and modeling used for lender and creditor negotiations and to facilitate the sale of a loan servicing subsidiary.
  • Consultant to expert witness defending breach of contract and fraudulent conveyance claims of a Chapter 11 Mortgage Due Diligence Provider. Provided litigation support services and assisted with the preparation of expert reports and related analyses.
  • Financial Advisor to Receiver for holding company whose operations included a kyanite mine, an oceanfront resort, and 35,000 acres of timberland properties. Oversaw daily operations and cash management at the kyanite mine, prepared the kyanite mine and timberland properties for sale, and helped facilitate a settlement to remove the company from Receivership.
  • Financial Advisor to Chapter 11 Debtor for $35MM newspaper publisher and operator of radio stations and broadcast towers. Prepared financial projections and analyses and assisted with the sale and auction of the going concern business.
  • Financial Advisor for $75MM safe manufacturer where she provided financial analyses, modeling, and related services to operational restructuring.
