Dustin  Lough

Dustin Lough has over 20 years of financial management experience in turnaround, crisis management, business valuation, and acquisition due diligence in a wide variety of industries. He is skilled in implementing effective turnaround strategies, managing through crisis situations, advising creditors, and is an accomplished interim executive. Dustin has served as Chief Restructuring Officer, Interim Chief Financial Officer, Interim Manager, and advisor to companies across a variety of industries in the U.S. as well as manufacturing facilities in Eastern Europe and the U.K.

Dustin began his restructuring career with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP in the Corporate Value Consulting practice where he advised business owners and management on valuation and due diligence issues associated with acquisition, divestiture, and corporate planning. Prior to joining CR3 Partners, Dustin was a Managing Director at CRG Partners/Deloitte, during which time he served as CFO of manufacturing and global media enterprises, worked within management teams crafting and implementing turnaround strategies, and advised secured creditors of underperforming businesses.

Representative Experience: 
  • CRO for $100MM grocery and frozen food distributor. Provided cash management services, negotiated debt restructuring with various creditors, and managed the business toward positive cash flow and profitability.

  • CRO for $40MM drone and UAV remote sensing applications and data processing services company serving the energy, agriculture, and telecom sectors. Provided leadership to the management team, drove operational improvement initiatives, and supported a successful capital raise.

  • Interim CFO for $100MM global media and publishing company with magazine and digital brands spanning the advertising and entertainment industries.

  • Interim CFO for $60MM textile manufacturer of woven fabrics and yarns. Positioned the company for a successful restructure and refinance of senior secured debt.

  • Advisor to $350MM publicly traded international restaurant chain. Assisted company through sale process, refinancing of secured debt, and completed overall business plan and fiscal budget.
