CR3 Partners Adds New Service Offering and Continues to Expand

RICHMOND, VA (October 20, 2020) — Many companies face complex financial risks that can lead to litigation matters or the need to restructure a company's capital structure in a Chapter 11 bankruptcy or supervised out-of-court process. CR3's new litigation support professionals will provide multidisciplinary dispute advisory to help companies manage the legal challenges they may face. CR3 has appointed new Partner Suzanne Roski to expand and lead this practice in our new Richmond office. Suzanne’s background includes over 35 years of professional experience with troubled companies, litigation, forensic investigation, and valuation consulting.

The Richmond office will also include Directors Alicia Moosally and Heather Williams. Alicia and Heather each have unique, broad and deep experience in financial restructuring, litigation support services, financial and operational analysis, strategy, forensic accounting, corporate accounting, and business valuation. We are pleased to have Suzanne, Alicia and Heather join the CR3 team and look forward to offering our expanded litigation support services to our clients and industry colleagues.

We are also is pleased to announce that Jeff Hyland has joined the firm as a Partner in our Chicago office. Jeff's background includes serving in interim CEO roles and providing business consulting services to both multi-billion dollar and middle-market companies that require strategy definition, restructuring, investment banking, and operational enhancements. Jeff is very experienced in all business aspects including strategy, sales, operations, finance, and mergers and acquisitions.

Additionally, CR3 has recently expanded its Atlanta office with the additions of Manager Mark Kennedy and Senior Associate Lee Hiles. Mark has over 10 years of experience in investment banking and financial services. He is skilled in business plan preparation, merger and acquisition strategies, working capital management, and performance improvement and modeling. Lee is a financial advisor with experience in corporate finance, strategic planning, restructuring, valuation, debt, and mergers and acquisitions.
