Paul Ravaris has in-depth experience in financial management consulting, project management, and the oversight of restructurings. His experience assisting companies in turnaround, restructuring and expansion initiatives spans more than 30 years across a broad range of industries. He has served in interim CFO roles for multi-location manufacturing and consumer products companies.

Paul specializes in assisting under-performing companies with financial and operational consulting services, including formulation and implementation of turnaround strategies, financial modeling, valuation, and working capital analyses. Paul’s talents extend beyond the restructuring world as he also holds two U.S. Patents for an innovative putter design.
