  • Provided direct support to the Chief Restructuring Officer of a $200MM national food and nutritional services provider. Role included ongoing FP&A and financial modelling in support of a sale process.
  • Conducted lender due diligence reporting for a Tier 1 automotive parts manufacturer requesting extended loan for increasing its manufacturing capacity.
  • Advisor to lenders for the refinancing required to complete construction of a new $100MM food processing plant and provided advisory to manage cash flow during transition period.
  • Conducted pre-lending due diligence for a $500MM government grant awarded to an automotive/technology partnership, requiring diligence on various international trade agreements, global sourcing of raw materials and price forecasting, feasibility assessments, and financial forecast review.
  • Lead engagement team for a Chapter 11 debtor advisory of a U.S. national retailer, including the creation of DIP models, asset realization models, cash flow models, and other analysis required for company and its board to assess best options.
