Max Gryziak is a financial professional with experience supporting middle-market companies through periods of rapid change, performance improvement, and complex transactions. He has led the development of integrated financial models, KPI dashboards, and board-level reporting to guide executive decision-making across manufacturing and industrial businesses. His work spans 13-week cash flow forecasting, lender covenant reporting, banking relationship management, and evaluating factoring programs and hedging strategies for cross-border operations.

Max’s background includes partnering with CEOs, CFOs, and private equity sponsors to drive strategic planning, improve working capital performance, and support valuation and diligence efforts for M&A. He works directly with plant operations, supply chain, and commercial teams to translate operational drivers into reliable forecasts and actionable insights.

Representative Experience
  • Supported execution of a $150MM industrial manufacturer’s sale process, including financial modeling, transaction diligence, scenario analysis, and closing execution.
  • Partnered with a CFO of a portfolio company to build and manage a full 3-statement operating model with ownership of revenue, COGS, inventory, and AR/AP drivers for forecasting, valuation, lender reporting, and cash-flow planning.
  • Led development of working capital analytics, SKU-level margin reporting, and cost modeling tools to diagnose pricing issues and support turnaround initiatives.
  • Managed retail P&L planning and performance analysis for a $16B consumer business, including sales forecasting and business unit financial management.
