  • Led a ten-man team in implementing exception-based surveillance (EBS) on nearly 1,000 producing oil wells for a $20B independent upstream oil and gas company. EBS enabled company to nearly double the number of wells serviced by each lease operator, thereby reducing OPEX.

  • Performed M&A due diligence to identify/quantify synergies for a proposed merger of two private equity sponsored education companies. Findings from the analysis were used to determine deal valuation and ownership stakes.

  • Advisor to $67B aerospace & defense company. Developed and implemented plan to transform and optimize company’s sustainment function as customer contracts were migrating to a performance-based model.

  • Advisor to $2B privately-owned Industrial Services Company. Developed five-year growth plan based on business strategy for an acquired specialty services company who wasn’t meeting earnings expectations.
