Prior to joining CR3 Partners, Justin was part of the finance team for a commercial real estate portfolio where he oversaw financial forecasting, asset management, and valuations. He started his career in commercial lending with JP Morgan’s Healthcare and Life Sciences group, where he spent 3 years supporting new loan originations, refinancings, and M&A activity.

- Financial advisor to a publicly traded industrial services company, where he supported FP&A through cash management and key transformation projects through the implementation of cost savings.
- Led FP&A and asset management for a commercial real estate portfolio by building 5-year projection models, budgets, and performance-to-plan tracking and managing cash flow. Identified and led revitalization projects for distressed assets to improve occupancy and FCF.
- Advised and conducted comprehensive financial analysis on complex middle market transactions to support new loan originations for LBOs, refinancings, M&A activity, and dividend recaps.
- Underwrote $200MM+ in senior secured facilities for a U.S. radiology group. Built 3-statement base and downside models with tailored assumptions reflecting the LBO of 150+ radiology outpatient clinics.
