Jennifer Legenza is a skilled restructuring and turnaround professional with nearly 20 years of experience in capital structure and cash flow optimization, risk evaluation and mitigation, performance improvement, fundraising, and growth strategies. She has served both as an advisor and internal leader across a wide range of industries and challenging situations. Jennifer draws from her broad range of experience to design and execute optimal solutions that are unique to each client and specific situation.
Prior to joining CR3, Jennifer worked with start-ups and private equity assets in both FP&A and financial strategy capacities. She has implemented and improved financial reporting, managed cash flow through difficult periods, optimized capital structures, and led fundraising. Her early career included corporate credit rating at Moody’s and investment banking at Citi, providing a practical understanding of credit and deal execution.

- Advisor and interim Head of FP&A to a $1B strawberry processor in support of successful extension of the existing credit agreement, providing due diligence support for $355MM refinance. Refined and produced weekly cash flow reporting for lenders.
- Built the Accounting and FP&A departments, completed a complex debt financing, managed tight cash flow, implemented cost controls and banking best practices, and led the ultimate sale of an automotive start-up.
- Built forecasting models for fundraising, analysis and budgeting, designed and produced weekly and daily sales reports, and synthesized market data to guide sales and marketing efforts at a biotechnology start-up.
- Improved and produced monthly reports for the Board of Directors, consolidating new acquisition financials into legacy business results at a private equity owned multi-site global veterinary services company.
- Analyzed, executed, and integrated partnership and M&A investments, as well as managed internal and covenant compliance financial reporting at a private equity owned multi-site shipping terminal services company.
