Conner  Krumholz

Conner Krumholz is a finance professional with experience in turnaround and restructuring, serving several clients across the consumer products, transportation, technology, and restaurant industries. He has worked in high-pressure situations involving complex liquidity management, large lender groups, and Chapter 11 bankruptcies. He is skilled in performing economic analyses and in-depth research to evaluate various business environments and opportunities for new engagements. Conner has experience with building dynamic 3-statement models, 13-week cash flows, and establishing best practices for his clients.

Conner serves on the NextGen Committee for Tina’s Wish and is active in the New York City Chapter for the Turnaround Management Associated (TMA).

  • Member of CRO team for Coach USA, a $350MM+ passenger transportation company and the largest bus operator in the U.S., where he managed liquidity through the Chapter 11 bankruptcy and prepared the company for four asset sales.
  • Financial advisor to a regional bus operator. Assisted in preparing the company for a sales process, including management of the data room, buyer outreach, and development of a fully integrated 3-statement model.
  • Member of CRO team for a $100MM+ restaurant chain, where he oversaw Treasury functions, assisted in preparation of in-depth cash analyses, and assisted in the preparation of lender reporting packages.
  • Financial advisor to a chemical manufacturer, working closely with management to monitor and address cash flow challenges and negotiate with the lender group on covenant updates.
  • Advised a $16B multi-national technology company on an international supply chain redesign, resulting in the identification of over ten new intercompany transaction flows and leading to over $25MM in cost savings.
