Paul Passalino is a financial professional with experience in investment banking and deal advisory consulting. He has provided transaction advisory and valuation services to financial and strategic buyers and has significant experience orchestrating the closing of private M&A transactions for both buyers and sellers throughout the middle market. Paul has also completed DCF, LBO, venture capital method, and asset-based approach valuation models, including adjusted earnings and pro forma financial models incorporating varying transaction structures.
Prior to CR3, Paul has worked as a sell-side investment banker advising clients through mergers, acquisitions, and debt and equity capital raises. Additionally, he is fluent in Spanish.

- Sell-side advisor to a 350-person mechanical, electrical, and plumbing design engineering company. Responsible for creating comprehensive financial model and confidential offering memorandum, including sourcing efforts on behalf of the company in capital markets.
- Sell-side advisor to a $50MM excavation general contractor specializing in storm drain and water systems. Independently managed business strategy, operational, and financial discussions with management while modeling the company’s financial forecast and valuation approaches.
- Staffed on team to advise major U.S. insurance brokerage company through strategic add-on acquisition growth plan. Quarterbacked and managed all perspective parties through financial due diligence, creation of post-acquisition pro forma financial statements, and the structuring and negotiation of buyer’s proposed LOI.
- Financial advisor to a $100MM medical wearable device developer and data hosting start-up looking to raise Series A venture capital financing.
- Consistently advised private equity sponsors acquire numerous industrial and food and beverage companies. Responsible for delivering quality of earnings reports, outsourced reporting, and KPI-focused deliverables.
