He is an experienced business professional with a proven track record of growth and continuous improvement across several industries. Jerry has used his skills in operations and business systems to improve logistics, production, quality, and cross functional integration.

  • CEO to Revere Packaging, a $42MM plastic and metal container manufacturer:
    • Responsible for all aspects of operations, sales, and finance and negotiated a refinance with the senior lender to reduce balance sheet by $5.5MM.
    • Responsible for P&L ownership to leverage improvements and decisions and responsible for department’s production, quality, logistics, materials, and HR.
    • Implemented lean manufacturing in two facilities, leverage strategic sourcing to reduce lead time of raw materials, negotiated labor contract, and integrated two facilities for cohesion.
