Chrystal Haag-Morris is a senior-level financial and operational advisor with over 20+ years of experience. With an entrepreneurial and business development background, she has assisted distressed companies and owners through turnaround situations, bankruptcy proceedings, managing cash and operations, and financial reporting. Chrystal has also provided litigation support and expert witness report preparation for various industries, including oil and gas and telecom.
Prior to joining CR3 Partners, Chrystal served as Managing Partner of a corporate advisory and turnaround firm and has served in several interim CFO, COO, and CRO positions. She is a member of the Turnaround Management Association (TMA).

- Interim COO for HydroScience Technologies and Solid Seismic, assisting in the effectuation of a confirmed Chapter 11 bankruptcy plan and the liquidating Trustee.
- Interim CFO and Director of Operations for EWB International, Inc. a consumer products company that develops, brands, and distributes Fulhum.
- Interim CFO for Southwest Bottling and Co-Packing and Southwest Distillery and Winery. Successfully orchestrated the complicated acquisition of a highly distressed bottling facility, reduced hard debt, and completed sales tax audit.
- Key member of CRO team for a $10MM Texas-based oil and gas operator in Chapter 11 bankruptcy. Successful confirmation of reorganization plan resulted in on-going business operations and the sale of approximately 130 wells.
- Interim Chief Administrative Officer for $20MM multi-national plastic injection molding manufacturer of medical devices during a Chapter 11 bankruptcy and liquidation process.
