Wayne Hanna has over 25 years of operational and financial leadership of company turnarounds, restructurings, cash flow improvements, LEAN/Six Sigma implementations, and acquisitions and divestitures.   • CEO for a private equity-owned manufacturer of custom engineered gearboxes.  Eliminated persistent delivery issues and significantly improved profitability.
  • Integrated two complementary acquisitions into a single company and developed a sales plan that nearly tripled the revenues of one of the operations.
  • As CEO of a bankrupt aerospace company returned it to profitability through a combination of revenue growth and cost reduction.
  • Interim COO of a lighting manufacturer where he was able to significantly reduce staffing, improve cash flows and restructure material flows.
  • Provided a private equity purchaser with an analysis of capital outlays required to achieve industry competitiveness and developed an implementation plan to maximize productivity and minimize cash flow impact.
