  • Senior Vice President and General Merchandise Manager for $3.2B, 100+ location department store. Led company to revenue increases, through inventory turnover and gross margin improvements.
  • Senior Vice President for $2.5B, 1000+location national fine jewelry specialty store. Initiated process improvements in seasonal planning, sourcing and production, replenishment and allocation modeling resulting in improved cash flow, gross margin rates, in-stock fulfillment.
  • Chief Merchandising/Marketing Officer for privately-held retail catalog company. Initiated and implemented performance improvement plan shifting the business to an e-commerce and third-party fulfillment paradigm improving cash flow, reducing overhead, increased revenue, and generating positive EBITDA.
  • Company side executive committee member charged with maximizing inventory recovery rates and managing DIP covenants in a total liquidation environment.
  • Advisor to international jewelry and accessories retailer. Analyzed and recommended business acquisition targets based on financial analysis, market conditions, consumer awareness, growth potential, and executive leadership.
  • Managed assessment engagement of $200MM regional discount furniture store. Analyzed the efficacy of the three statement models, cash flow projections, and business models.
  • Assessed business models for $100 MM vitamin supplement manufacturer/distributor; $400MM traditional brick and mortar retailer; $50MM garden supply manufacturer/distributor; and $30MM brick and mortar bakery.
  • Managed the disposition of FF&E, capital credits, unrecovered assets, and POC’s of a $300MM oil and gas company bankruptcy.
