Mr. Juniper’s recent engagements include:

  • Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) for ALCO Stores, Inc., a 198-store general merchandise retailer
  • Advisor to Tully’s Coffee Shops during its reorganization, and was awarded the 2014 TMA Turnaround of the Year – Small Transaction category
  • Advisor to equity of the MLB Texas Rangers during its Chapter 11 proceedings and sale of the team
  • Advisor to Pilgrim’s Pride, an $8.5 billion Fortune 500 food company during its Chapter 11 proceedings
  • Acting CFO for a 135 convenience store chain during its Chapter 11 proceedings and sale
  • Restructuring advisor and Interim-CFO/COO for a 110 million gallon ethanol facility
  • Advisor to a food manufacturer and distributor, later served as controller and acting CFO
  • Financial advisor for a branded and private label apparel manufacturing company, assisting with divestiture of non-core assets and other restructuring activities
