Mike Juniper has 15 years of experience focused on financial and operational analysis and improvement, turnaround and restructuring consulting and interim management.

Mr. Juniper’s recent engagements include:

  • Advisor to Pilgrim’s Pride, an $8.5 billion Fortune 500 food company during its Chapter 11 proceedings
  • Advisor to a $200 million branded durable goods manufacturer on a process improvement and debt restructuring engagement
  • Advisor to a branded and private label apparel manufacturing company, assisting with divestiture of non-core assets, financial and operational reporting, and other restructuring activities
  • Advisor to a branded pillow manufacturer that had experienced increases in inventory and decreases in productivity associated with its relocation of operations from Mexico back to the U.S.A.
  • Advisor to multiple food manufacturers and distributor on performance improvement and restructuring engagements
  • Chief Restructuring Officer (CRO) for ALCO Stores, Inc., a 198-store general merchandise retailer

Mr. Juniper has been awarded the Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) designation from the Turnaround Management Association (TMA). He was President of the Dallas/Ft. Worth TMA Chapter in 2018 and continues to serve on the Board of Directors.
