Matt Lupton offers a broad range of restructuring advisory expertise having spent more than 12 years of his career in bank loan workout, restructuring and turnaround advisory roles. He began his career in investment origination, underwriting debt and equity.

Matt is a member of the Turnaround Management Association and has been an active participant on a number of local and global board for the TMA. He is currently pursuing the Certified Turnaround Professional (CTP) designation and a Certification in Distressed Business Valuation (CDBV).

  • Interim Treasurer and Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for $75MM construction-related manufacturing company.
  • Advisor to $200MM mid-stream operation. Helped develop and implement a recovery plan through a strategic Chapter 11 S363 sale process.
  • Assisted $200MM restaurant chain in successfully emerging from Chapter 11.
  • Advisor to $100MM liquor store retail chain. Developed turnaround plan.
  • Advisor to home healthcare company. Brought visibility to working capital cycle and alongside management team explored viable turnaround strategies and sourced funding
