  • CEO of All Star Gas Corp, a $60MM eight-state, propane distribution company where he led the company and its 19 subsidiaries through a 15-month bankruptcy reorganization; improved EBITDA by $3.2M in the first 12 months despite a warm winter; implemented a financial and physical product hedging plan; and managed the sale of the business (4+ years).​
  • Cash flow analyst turned CFO of $45MM multi-unit cabinet manufacturer where he individually spearheaded the due diligence effort on a $17MM add-on granite countertop business (9 months).​
  • Liquidation manager of an estimated $5MM in orphan and residual assets after sale of propane gas company resulting in actual cash recovered of over $7MM in less than 3 years.​
