Bill Roberts has more than 35 years of diverse business experience in a variety of sectors including, public accountant, senior financial executive in industry, government program director and consultant. His extensive experience spans finance, restructuring, information technology, systems development, manufacturing control, and enterprise resource planning. Mr. Roberts served as interim CFO of a $400 million temporary staffing company followed by engagements that included board membership of a home healthcare company as well as senior management or advisory positions in various manufacturing, energy, and service companies.

  • Advisor to a Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation with responsibility for more than thirty failed financial institutions with more than $5 billion in assets. Mr. Roberts was given an award for isolating a single complex issue that ultimately led to the recovery of more than $30 million dollars to the U.S. Treasury.
  • Transaction services professional for a group of energy companies successfully coordinating asset sale approvals from the majority of more than 800 geographically dispersed limited partners within 45 days.
  • Expert witness in a Chapter 11 case resulting in a $38 million judgment in favor of a manufacturing client.
