Bill Roberts has more than 35 years of diverse business experience across diverse industries serving in numerous roles including public accountant, senior financial executive, government program director, and consultant. He works with clients through turnarounds, workouts, financial restructurings, financial modeling and reporting, forensic accounting, technical data system consulting, and debtor and creditor advisory services. His areas of expertise also include mergers and acquisitions, financial reporting, due diligence, bankruptcy administration, litigation support, and forensic analysis divestitures, liquidations, and winddowns.

Bill has served in senior management or advisory positions in manufacturing, energy, and service companies. Prior to joining CR3, Bill was a partner with Corporate Revitalization Partners. Following his time as an advisor to a federal deposit insurance corporation with responsibility for more than 30 failed financial institutions with more than $5B in assets, Bill was given an award for isolating a single complex issue that ultimately led to the recovery of more than $30MM dollars to the U.S. Treasury.

  • Oversaw transaction services for a group of energy companies successfully coordinating asset sale approvals from the majority of more than 800 geographically dispersed limited partners within 45 days.
  • Expert witness in a Chapter 11 case resulting in a $38MM judgment in favor of a manufacturing client.
