Eileen Frino is a seasoned finance professional with over ten years of experience spanning investment banking and credit advisory to operational and regulatory consulting. She specializes in providing financial and strategic advice to clients in a variety of industries including financial services, industrials, manufacturing, real estate, and retail.

Eileen is an active member of the New York Junior League. While completing her M.B.A., Eileen served as Co-Lead and Marketing Chairperson for the 2018 Annual Women in Business Conference and VP of Finance Professional Development for the Women in Business Club. Eileen is passionate about developing future leaders, as shown by her continued dedication to the mentorship of young professionals.

  • Financial advisor to $150MM manufacturing company. Led refinancing of $60MM debt facilities and provided oversight for restructuring, cash management and lender communication activities.

  • Financial advisor to $150MM global logistics company. Provided financial models and cash flow forecasts, supported management through dual-track restructuring, and completed liquidation analyses.

  • Financial advisor to $136MM entertainment company. Completed liquidation analysis, covering wind-down of store operations and franchising locations to serve as floor valuation during sale process.

  • Financial advisor to a multi-national insurance consolidator in the $2.2B acquisition of cross-border life insurance assets.  Advised in valuation and structuring of closed-book insurance assets across three regulatory regimes as part of larger consolidation strategy.

  • Financial advisor to a domestic property and casualty insurance company in the $1.5B sale to a private equity firm.
